Hi crafty friends I am super excited to be a part of Day 2 of the Simon Says Stamp DieCember Blog Hop. These 2 days are packed with amazing inspiration . If you missed Day 1 of the blog hop head on over to Simon Says Stamp for some more inspiration. Don’t forget to leave a comment below for your chance to win a prize.
Free Gift: Check out this amazing free die you receive with any purchase, all you need to do is use code Glow54 with a purchase of $30 or more at Simon Says Stamp 🙂

For this technique my go to paper is distress watercolor paper. I sprayed the card stock with antique linen spray stain, spritz with water and dried with a heat tool. I went in after with frosted juniper…omg this color is just gorgeous.

Embossed SSS Old Letter with distress embossing ink, rubbed off some of the ink in some of the spots so that it left some blank spots and used ranger liquid platinum embossing powder.

Using neenah 80lb cardstock I covered it with matte collage medium and covered it with garland glitter from the TH sparkle kit. After it had completely dried I cut out the beautiful stylized flower wafer die.

I die cut the same flower die from my inked up panel and covered it from the backside with Judikans plastic sheet.

To finish off the card I add some TH metallic droplets which I did grunge up a little using mushroom alchohol ink. Added a sentiment from TH metallic sentiments. Added a few splatters and popped up the panel using fun foam and put it on Neenah 110lb card base.
